Required Paperwork Checklist

Please complete all of the required paperwork for your trip. ALL PAPERWORK MUST BE COMPLETED BY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 12th.

• Travel Information Form
• If you need to rent personal gear: Gear Rental Form

If you did not attend the pre-trip meeting, you must also complete the following:

• Outdoor Programs Waiver (For Trip/Event Name, put “Winter Break Trip”)
• Medical History Form (Email OutdoorPrograms@kzoo.edu for this form)
• Sea Kayaking Trip Only: Sea Kayak Georgia Waiver

Travel Information

For all 2021 Winter Break Trips, if you are utilizing transportation starting and ending at Kalamazoo College’s campus:

• Arrival on campus: Sunday, December 5 by 8 am. We will depart campus promptly by 9 am.
• Return to campus: Monday, December 13 (plan for late evening return to campus).
• Please note: dorms will not be open to students prior to or after the trip. You are responsible for transportation and lodging before we depart campus for the trips and upon your return to campus at the end of the trip.

If you are meeting your trip on-site down in the southeast, please be sure to follow the specific guidelines for your trip below in scheduling your transportation (flights, drives, etc.):
