Winter Break – Travel Information

After attending the pre-trip meeting and/or meeting with Outdoor Programs staff, please complete the form below with your travel information for the 2024 Winter Break Trip. Be sure to adhere to the Travel Guidelines specific to your trip whether you are meeting the group by flight or an alternative mode of transport to our site.

Winter Break Travel Information – 2024

Let Outdoor Programs staff know your travel plans for the 2024 winter break trips. You MUST have attended the pre-trip meeting and/or met with a Director prior to filling out this form if you plan to travel by air.

  • If an allergy: Please also detail about your allergic response, if it’s ingested vs airborne allergy, any medications you have for it (such as an epinephrine auto-injector, lactaid, etc.)
