CPR/AED Course Details
Learn life-saving skills with our American Red Cross certified Adult and Child CPR/AED course. This course provides essential training in CPR and the proper use of an AED for both adults and children. Participants will receive hands-on practice in a supportive environment, learning how to recognize and respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies effectively.
Learning Objectives
- Demonstrate how to perform high-quality CPR.
- Explain what to do if the chest does not rise with breaths.
- Understand the importance of CPR with breaths-and if unable or unwilling, the role of compression-only CPR.
- Understand the value of using an AED along with CPR.
- Identify precautions to take when using an AED.
- Demonstrate how to use an AED
Supplies List
- Photo ID – You may be asked to provide identification at the start of class.
- Comfortable clothing – wear comfortable clothing as you need to perform compressions and other practical exercises on the floor
- Water bottle – Staying hydrated is important
- Notebook and writing utensil – to take notes during class
- Snacks – you may get hungry during the course

Basic Life Support (BLS) Course Details
Join our American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) class to gain the skills and confidence needed to respond to medical emergencies. You’ll learn critical techniques like performing CPR, using an AED, and delivering effective breaths to save lives. This hands-on course is perfect for healthcare providers or those needing professional-level CPR certification. Whether for work or personal growth, this training will prepare you to act quickly when every second counts!
Learning Objectives
By the end of the course, you will gain the confidence and skills necessary to respond in a critical situation. Upon successful completion, participants will earn a two-year Red Cross certification in Basic Life Support.
